Tl'etinqox is the largest Tŝilhqot'in community, located along Highway 20 about 100 km west of Williams Lake, British Columbia.
Tl'etinqox, formerly known as Anaham, is the largest of the Tŝilhqot'in communities and a member of the Tŝilhqot'in National Government. According to the Tŝilhqot'in National Government, Tl'etinqox is the Tŝilhqot'in name for the creek that flows through the community, known in English as Anaham Creek. The community describes itself as deeply connected to its lands, waters, language and cultural teachings, and it is guided by the values of transparency, accountability and collective wellbeing.
The name Anaham comes from Chief Anaham, who was Nuxalk and married into the Tŝilhqot'in Nation. Anaham and Alexis were chiefs of the Tŝilhqot'in during the Chilcotin War of 1864, but they and their people did not take part in the fighting. The community's reserves include:
Community life is supported by programs in wellness, prevention, family support, youth services, cultural programming and land-based healing, as well as income assistance and an equine program. The community school teaches Kindergarten to Grade 12, and the Nation runs a range of community-owned businesses and initiatives. Chief Dale Hance has been the Nits'ilʔin of Tl'etinqox since March 2025.
